We schedule tours only when an enrollment opportunity is available, so every tour is meaningful and tied to a real opening.
Priority & Placement
Spots go first to enrolled families needing schedule changes, then siblings, then waitlist order. We also balance classrooms for age, gender, and group dynamics.

When your child is next in line and a spot opens, we’ll invite you to a small-group tour (2–3 families) at 10am—indoors and out, so dress for the weather!

Is the waitlist fee refundable?
No. The $50 fee per child secures your place and is non-refundable.
How long will we be on the waitlist?
It varies by age group and available space. We’ll contact you when your child is next in line and a spot opens.
Can I schedule a tour before joining the waitlist?
We only offer tours to families next in line for available space. This keeps tours purposeful and timely.
How quickly do spots open?
A spot opens when a currently enrolled child disenrolls, so timing is hard to predict. Families have 72 hours to accept before we move to the next family.
